Our authenticity promise

Every branded doll sold by HoneySexDolls is supplied as a genuine product from its stated brand. If you have a question about a doll’s origin, contact us with your order number. We will review the available order and manufacturer information with you.

If a product we sold is confirmed to be counterfeit, we will provide a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect

Contact us if your doll arrives with significant shipping damage, a fault, the wrong model or material, or a configuration that materially differs from your confirmed order. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

For a major problem, your right to choose a refund or replacement may be protected by the consumer laws that apply to your purchase. We will not require you to accept a different remedy where the law gives you that choice.

What to do when your doll arrives

Please inspect the outer carton and the doll as soon as you reasonably can, before using, washing or altering the product. Keep the packaging until you have completed your inspection. Photos of the carton, shipping label, protective wrapping and affected area can help us resolve a claim more quickly; an unboxing video is helpful if you have one.

We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of delivery about visible shipping damage so we can investigate promptly with the carrier. This recommendation does not remove any rights you have to report a fault discovered later.

Please wait for our instructions before sending an item back. Our team will confirm whether a return is needed and provide the return details.

Handmade details and product care

Companion dolls are individually finished. Small variations in makeup, skin tone, seams or other handmade details can occur. A minor variation is not automatically a fault, but we will review any concern in the context of the product description, the confirmed order and applicable consumer rights.

Damage caused after delivery by improper handling, unsuitable cleaning products, overstretched joints or other misuse is generally outside this guarantee. If you are unsure whether an issue is a manufacturing fault or can be repaired, send us photos before attempting a fix.

Custom orders and change of mind

Many dolls are made to the customer’s selected specifications. A change of mind or a preference for a different appearance does not automatically qualify a custom-made doll for a refund. Hygiene considerations may also limit returns of products that have been used or washed. These conditions do not take away remedies available for a faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed product under applicable law.

If you would like to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. What we can do may depend on whether production or shipping has begun.
